She was also very transparent about what she was an expert in and what she was not, which we found very refreshing. She didn't overpromise anything or pretend to know all the answers. However, she always knew who to ask or what our next steps should be to get those answers!

She was great at communication and was on-top of what needed to happen. She reminded us several times about things and checked in regarding the loan or other aspects of the process.

Our experience was incredible because of Ronda, her attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we found the right home for us.
