A Family Tradition Returns in November 2026

There are certain events that just feel like Spokane traditions.

For generations of local families, Disney On Ice has been one of them.

You bundle up the kids, head downtown, find your seats at the arena and wait for that moment when the lights go down and familiar Disney characters skate onto the ice. For parents and grandparents who remember taking their own children years ago, there’s something especially fun about watching a new generation experience it for the first time.

And this November, the tradition continues.

Disney On Ice: Jump In! is coming to Numerica Veterans Arena for six performances from November 6–8, 2026.

A New Disney On Ice Adventure

This year’s production, Jump In!, brings together Disney and Pixar stories that both kids and adults will recognize.

Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy lead the adventure using a Magical MousePad that takes the audience into different Disney stories. Along the way, families will see characters and adventures inspired by Zootopia, Inside Out 2, Moana 2, Toy Story, Frozen, Encanto and Disney Princess stories. And, apparently, Stitch gets his hands on the MousePad at some point — which sounds like a recipe for trouble.

That’s part of what has made Disney On Ice such an enduring family outing. The movies and characters may change over the years, but the experience of seeing them come to life on the ice is something families can share across generations.

Disney On Ice Spokane 2026 Dates & Times

There are six Spokane performances scheduled over three days:

All performances are at Numerica Veterans Arena in downtown Spokane.

Having both morning, afternoon and evening performances makes this an especially easy event to plan around younger kids, naps, family dinners or a full weekend downtown.

Make a Spokane Day of It

If you’re heading downtown for one of the daytime performances, consider turning Disney On Ice into a full Spokane family day.

The arena’s location puts you close to downtown restaurants and Riverfront Park, so you could grab lunch, walk through the park and then head over to the show.

Those are often the outings kids remember years later — not necessarily because everything was elaborate, but because everyone spent the day together.

A Few Things Parents Should Know

Before purchasing tickets, there are a couple of important details to keep in mind.

Guests ages 2 and older need a ticket. Costumes are also not permitted for guests ages 14 and older. Tickets are subject to availability, and prices may change.

Why I Love Spokane Traditions Like This

One of my favorite things about living in the Spokane area is how many traditions become markers in our lives.

You remember taking your little kids somewhere. Then suddenly those little kids aren’t so little anymore. Eventually, you may find yourself returning to some of the very same Spokane traditions with grandchildren.

Disney On Ice is one of those experiences that has been part of family memories for years, and I love seeing it return to Spokane again.
