When your Spokane home is on the market, buyers and their agents will be coming through for showings. While we take steps to keep your home secure, there are a few simple precautions I recommend to every seller.
Showings are managed through SentriKey
Your home’s showings are managed through SentriKey, a secure electronic lockbox system that helps control and track access to your home.
Licensed agents
Your home is shown by licensed, background-checked real estate agents. However, their buyers are not. It’s important to keep that in mind when preparing your home for showings.
Secure your home after showings
When you return home, take a quick walk through and check that doors and windows are closed and locked.
Secure your valuables
Lock up jewelry, important documents, medications, cash, and other valuables—or take them with you, especially during showing periods. Avoid leaving personal or financial information where it can easily be seen.
